Graduate Opportunities
Sidero is committed to collaborating with the education sector to encourage the next generation of highly-skilled technology graduates. We pride ourselves on being specialists in solving business problems through software innovation, and working with the most skilled developers is what puts us at the forefront of the industry. Our graduate and internship placement programme develops and nurtures these in-demand skills, offering a well-defined career path for participants.
Each of our graduates is assigned to one of our engineering teams where they receive the time and support to learn while being challenged and given real responsibility. The buddy system means they are paired with an experienced developer who will support and guide them.
This initiative has enabled Sidero to establish strong links with local third-level institutions, including the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS). We have a long-standing relationship with the Engineering & Informatics Faculty Department of Computing and Software Engineering at TUS, and many of our team have taken advantage of postgraduate Diploma and Masters programmes, enabling lifelong learning in the workplace.
We regularly collaborate with other third-level institutions in the region, including the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG) and the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT), providing input into the development of relevant software and technology courses.
